"Top of the world Ma"

This client had a dream! He searched out the property until he found an owner that would sell to him and came to me with a plan idea. We drew the plans and priced the house. This road was so steep and small that nothing much larger than a 4 wheel drive pick up could get to the house location causing many unique challenges in getting this home built. This home is off grid and uses sustainable solar panels for energy efficiency as well as Green Home Design utilizing alternative energy sources.
